    Student testimonials

    At the end of the first half of term, we asked new girls in Year 7 to write to their old Heads, or Form Teachers, to let them know how they were doing. Here are a selection of extracts from their letters:

    'I’m loving it here at Roedean. It is really fun having a large environment to play in at break times and the teachers are very friendly. They are so kind and they make every lesson fun.'

    'It is great to wake up in the morning and see the sea shimmering in the sunlight. Last week I was riding a horse called Manny – he reminded me of you – World’s Greatest Form Tutor!'

    'I am having a really good time here are Roedean. The school facilities are very impressive and I am really enjoying swimming because the pool is literally 15 steps away.'

    'I thought you might want to hear from an old girl how it feels to be a Roedean boarder. You could tell the Year 6 girls not to be nervous.  It is great fun and even if you get homesick, everyone will help you.'
