Taster Days

In an ideal world we would like all our applicants to come to a taster day. Seeing our teachers in action and feeling the buzz in the corridors is the best way to decide if Roedean is the right fit for you.

What happens on a taster day?

Typically, you would arrive at about 9am and spend the whole day with us (you can also stay overnight if you are considering boarding). We will pair you up with one of your prospective classmates who will accompany you to your favourite classes, help you choose the tastiest lunch and answer all your questions, however random! If there is a sports or dance class that day, do bring your kit – we would love you to take part in everything going on in school that day.

At the end of the day, you will head home with a report card completed by our teachers and an invaluable insider’s view.

Alternatively, if you are not quite ready to spend the whole day, then just come for a tour and an informal chat with the Headmistress. Your parents are warmly encouraged to come with you.
