Taster Days

Teddy had a wonderful day.
In particular she found that as you tend to do an hour per class she felt there was so much more time for everyone to investigate and get their thoughts across. Teddy mentioned that the lack of boys made it easier (I think she has found it hard to screen off the natural exuberance of boys in her class).
All the teachers were very encouraging and the same can be said for the pupils. And, most importantly for youngsters..........the food was fabulous!
Altogether a superb experience.

In an ideal world we would like all our applicants to come to a Taster day and if interested in boarding, an overnight sleepover. Seeing our teachers in action, enjoying time with the girls and feeling the buzz in the corridors is the best way to decide if Roedean is the right fit for you.

What happens on a Taster Day?

Typically, you would arrive at about 8.15am and spend the whole day with us. You can also stay overnight if you are considering boarding.

We will pair you up with one of your prospective classmates who will accompany you to your favourite classes, help you choose the tastiest lunch and answer all your questions, however random!

If there is a sports or dance class that day, do bring your kit – we would love you to take part in everything.

Book a Taster Day now or call Diana Banham, Registrar, on 01273 667626
