With no sets and minimal props allowed, the imagination of the 6.1 directors ran riot. Boats, walls, statues and furniture were all conjured up from body paint, pieces of rope and wood, or just the actions of the actors themselves.
Many girls were involved - in finance, costume, hair, make-up and props - from across all year groups. It was incredible how the directors fitted in the many hours of preparation and rehearsal on top of beginning their AS courses; a huge thank you to them all.
Team 3, were the overall winners with their interpretation of Much Ado About Nothing, then represented Roedean the following week at the Shakespeare Schools Festival.
