The newly elected prefects and senior prefects spent Sunday 24 June learning how to become a stronger and more purposeful leadership group.
The girls looked into different behaviour styles and began to see how they might modify their behaviour in order to work well with others. Communication skills, confidence, assertiveness and problem-solving skills were all addressed.
The girls pushed themselves beyond their comfortable limits and demonstrated the ethos that makes so right for the job. By the end of the day, all were confident that they would be the best prefect team yet!
