    For over 16 years Roedean’s theatre has been playing host to superb productions from some of the UK’s leading drama and dance companies. As well as touring and one-off theatre shows, we have seen dance and music productions take to our stage.

    Facilities

    Located behind the main school building, the Roedean theatre has ample parking and disabled access. The theatre comfortably seats 320.

    • There is a sizeable orchestra pit
    • The stage has a dock door for loading large scenery
    • There are two full time, ex-West End technicians
    • The green room has eight make up booths and a video feed from the stage
    • There is a substantial costume, scenery and props collection
    • The dance studio, commonly used for warm ups, is adjacent to the theatre
