Roedean is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. In addition to normal pre-employment checks, all appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and safeguarding interview. In addition a Prohibition Order check, a Prohibition from Management check and an EEA prohibition check will be carried out for relevant positions.
