Open sea, a dramatic sky and the distant horizon: Roedean’s ethos comes from its stunning location overlooking the English Channel.
Despite having achieved the best A Level results for five years in 2009, Roedean is not driven by a one-dimensional hunt for academic glory. Instead, we believe that the job of a great independent school is to develop the spirit, values and individual personalities of our students.
Roedean is an independent day and boarding school for girls aged 3-18 and for boys aged 3-11. The spacious, light and airy senior school campus is just outside Brighton and the junior school campus is located in quirky Kemp Town. At both sites, our students are exposed to a rich variety of cultures in a creative, yet purposeful atmosphere. Ready to find out more?
